What is Jin Shin Jyutsu?

 

Jin Shin Jyutsu is an ancient Japanese healing art that moves

energy within the body to promote balance and healing.  It is

a way of releasing physical, mental and emotional tension by

placing your hands on specific areas of the body in sequence,

and breathing with diaphragmatic breath. 

 

Many symptoms such as low back pain, neck/shoulder restriciton, constipation, anxiety, and insomnia are successfully reduced

using Jin Shin Jyutsu. Current studies also show Jin Shin Jyutsu

is effective at reducing side effects from chemotherapy.

 

Jin Shin Jyutsu originated as a self help tool.  Receiving treatments from a certified practitioner and performing daily Jin Shin Jyutsu
